I am a pharmaceutical analytics consultant at KMK Consulting. Commercial teams come in with a brand and a set of commitments they have to make: about the salesforce, the spend, the forecast, the strategy, etc. I use data to help them make decisions.
That includes product performance, market landscape, who's using a therapy or needs a therapy, which physicians and accounts are worth the call, how large the sales force should be, and whether promotion is doing anything. I use patient-level claims, sales, DDD, and other related commercial sources.
Before KMK I was at Axtria in decision science, including analytics lead work on a large biosimilars portfolio.
